About Sharm El Sheikh
Sharm El Sheikh sits at the southern tip of the Sinai, between the desert mountains and some of the richest coral reefs on earth. Ras Mohammed National Park and the Strait of Tiran are a short boat ride away, and the desert starts at the edge of town.
Best time to visit: March to May and October to November for warm sea and mild days. Summer is hot but the water is at its best.
