Booking
How do I book a tour?
Open a tour, choose a date and travellers, then press Book now. It takes about 2 minutes and you get a confirmation by email straight away.
Can I book for today or tomorrow?
Online booking closes 12 hours before most tours. For last-minute trips, message us on WhatsApp and we will try to fit you in.
Can I change the date?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before. Reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card online (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Meeza), bank transfer, InstaPay, or cash on the day in USD, EUR, GBP or EGP.
Are there booking fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay.
Pickup and on the day
When will I know my pickup time?
We send it on WhatsApp the evening before your tour. Please be at reception 5 minutes early.
I don't know my hotel yet
No problem. Book now and add the hotel later by WhatsApp or email.
Cancellations and refunds
How do I cancel?
Message us with your booking number. Cancellations within the free window are refunded in full within 7 working days.
What if the weather is bad?
If the port closes or we cancel for safety, you choose a new date or a full refund.
